I odered stuff it says shipped but never came

Ok, so i did the preoder thingy and i also ordered the skateboard at the same time and it says it was shipped like 6 days ago..everything else ive ordered from here has come within 2 days of saying it was shipped...can i get a tracking number and the company you use to locate it or something. What if it never comes? Thanks anyone

I know it didn't help much..but good luck anyhow
On second thought.. it may also be the fact that it's a bigger object to send..may take more time to process
